“Transparency and Disclosure Practices of State-Owned Enterprises and their Owners. Implementing the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises” is a synthesis document on the national approaches presented in Chapter VI of the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises. Based on the compilation of information for 27 countries, it takes stock of transparency and disclosure practices of state-owned entities, contributing to the review of progress on the recommendations of the OECD Guidelines.
