“Corporate Governance Transparency in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Latin America” is an empirical working paper that, with a regional approach, identifies through the creation of a Corporate Governance Transparency Index for 13 countries, the areas of critical importance where greater actions and changes are required for SOE governance. Additionally, the differences in SOE corporate governance for different countries included in the sample are characterized and evaluated.
