About
The creation of this site responds to OECD recommendations on transparency and dissemination of information on state-owned enterprises. Its objective is to improve the public's knowledge of the State's entrepreneurial role.
The site presents detailed data covering Chile's 28 state-owned companies, including both financial information (balance sheets, income statements and fiscal transfers) and non-financial information (strategy, board composition, wage gap, among others). This data is also combined in an aggregate information viewer that offers the possibility of making comparisons and analyzing trends through graphs and tables.
This is complemented by the regulations and policies associated with the management of state-owned companies, the purpose of which is to explain how the State performs its role in the management of state-owned companies.
This initiative has the collaboration of the state-owned companies, which have provided all the information requested. The Comité Sistema de Empresas - SEP also collaborates, following the best practices of Corporate Governance.
