“Implementing the OECD Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises: Review of Recent Developments” is a document that, in the form of a roadmap, presents developments following the publication of the OECD Guidelines in 2015. Based on the practices of more than 30 countries, it addresses the ownership of state-owned enterprises, the level playing field between public and private companies, relations with business stakeholders, transparency and disclosure practices, among other topics.
