“Governance, Performance, and the Best Reform Practices in State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Latin America and the Caribbean and Korea”, is a document that compiles 5 sessions of international discussion forums on SOEs policies and reforms, to exchange experiences in the process of SOEs reform, current problems and challenges, with the objective of increasing their efficiency, monitoring, management and providing quality public services to their citizens.
