“State-Owned Enterprises Management. Advantages of Centralized Models” is a discussion and analysis document on the existing management models for State-Owned Enterprises in Latin America and the Caribbean, given their importance as providers of basic services and their economic weight in the public finances of each country. Thus, evidence and arguments are presented to argue that in the face of the current deficiencies in the region, centralized models would provide greater advantages in mitigating them.
