- Abstract
“The Guidelines for Good Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises is an update of the document published in 2005 by the OECD on the consideration of state-owned enterprises in Latin America and the Caribbean in a set of basic principles for good corporate governance. Both for its conceptual and practical approach, this text contributes as a tool to increase competitiveness, promotion and strengthening of corporate governance in Latin American State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
